   Apples deserve to be called " nutrition powerhouses" . They are one of the healthiest foods a person can eat . They are high in fiber and Vitamin C , and they are also low in calories ,have only a trace of sodium , and no fat cholesterol .     Homemade apple tart - a wining combination of delicate , sweet pastry filled with heavenly scented apples .Simply can't be eaten . To ring in the changes , mix the apples with blackberries or try a mixture of rhubarb and strawberry .
