Ingredients 550 g floury potatoes,     cut into chunks 1 garlic clove ,peeled 1 tsp saffron threads ,crushed 1.25 litres chicken stock 4 skinless, boneless chicken     breasts  2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander 1 tbsp coriander seeds ,crushed 100 ml hot skimmed milk salt and pepper  fresh thyme sprigs ,to garnish method 1 .
