Easy Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients
260 g plain flour (sifted)
1 tsp baking powder ( sifted)
250 g butter
70 g sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
200 g crushed potato chips (mashed)
60 g chopped walnuts 

 Method
1 . Cream butter and sugar till fluffy and light .

 2 . Stir in nutmeg powder , crushed potato chips and chopped walnuts .

 3 . Fold in sifted ingredients and mix well .

 4 . Take 1 tsp biscuit mixture and drop onto a greased baking tray . Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes or until golden brown .
