Easy Rhubarb Crumble

                  Rhubarb appears to look like red celery, but it has large leaves and is actually considered to be a member of the fruit family .The stem of the rhubarb plant is usually cooked and used in desserts , such as pie , but it can be eaten raw as well . Ingredients
Serve 2
100 g rhubarb ,chopped
1/2 tbsp agave syrup
75 ml cold water

 For the topping
50 g porridge oats
1/2 tbsp millet flour
1 tbsp agave syrup

Method
1 . Place the rhubarb , agave syrup and water in a small pan .Cook over a gentle heat for 15 minutes .Remove from the heat , allow to cook slightly and then transfer to a small pie dish .

2 .Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C .

3 .Place the oats and flour in a mixing bowl and stir well . Then mix in the syrup . The mixture will appear a little lumpy .

4 . Scatter the mixture over the fruit . Do not press the mixture down . 

5 . Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the top is crisp .

6 . Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 15 minutes before serving .
